In 2006, I, Onetia Price-Hall, earned my licensed to practice real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I started off in my hometown of Richmond, Virginia where I mostly specialized in helping first-time home buyers see their dreams come to fruition. From the year 2013 to 2018, assisted residential and commercial buyers in the Ocean State, of Rhode Island. It was there that I successfully helped many buyers and sellers find homes, investors to purchase-renovate-sell many properties and military families relocate with my assistance. When my husband got the opportunity to take a job back in our beloved state of Virginia, I jumped at the opportunity to see my dream realized by studying to become a full time real estate broker. That's when I founded OPH Realty & Property Management. My family, mainly my daughters, helped pick the name of the firm with one daughter being disappointed that I wouldn't use the world unicorn in the title. With a degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, coupled with years of experience, I am becoming one of the leaders of real estate in Fredericksburg area and the surrounding counties.
After a bad experience with trying to purchase our first home at the age of 21, I vowed to be informed and then pay it forward. So after the birth of our oldest princess Taylor, I decided to become a Realtor. This has afforded me the opportunity to help other families while being available for my family. We have since then had two more beautiful daughters and most recently, a beautiful baby boy. With the help of my team, we see to it that my work-life balance is steady and our clients all receive the special attention that they desire. No slowing down in sight, Onetia is still taking OPH Realty & Property Management to new heights.
The Family
Of the many hats that Onetia wears, none make her prouder, than that of being a wife and mother. Her husband of 24 years has been her biggest supporter and her children have taught her the capacity to love unconditionally. She believes that because of them her life has purpose and she's working hard to create a legacy for them through the establishment of OPH Realty & Property Management. This is her dream realized and through real estate, she’d like to see one of yours come true too!

OPH Realty & Property Managment Cares
Annually, we have sponsored local school events like hand bag bingo, fifth grade day, teacher appreciation week and more. We plan to do more in kind as the opportunities arise. After working with the children's choir for the past 8 years, Onetia found it to be her life's work to help children in whatever way she can. She currently serves as the PTA President for her daughters school and served as the VP of Hospitality for the past two years. As Marie Osmond so eloquently put it, "Being in the service of others is what brings true happiness, " and it's her mantra as well.
